Sadly Lost My Dog Doris to a Brain Tumor

I am sorry to say that my dog Doris has had to be put to sleep today; she developed a tumor on the brain.
It came on suddenly as she was starting to tilt her head to the left and stumbling to the left and falling over, her eyes where flickering up and down and side to side also.
Putting Doris to sleep was the hardest decision that we had to make. Doris was such a gentle and lovely sweet thing. When I was down or angry or frustrated, she always came to me, put her head on my lap, and looked at me with those mesmerizing eyes. I could never stay down or angry when she did that.
At least Doris had a long happy life and will now join our other dog Johnny. She was about 16 years old so that's a damn good innings.
